About The Founder

Beth Jameson earned a BS in dietetics and completed her dietetic internship at Iowa State University. After working in a variety of specialties within the hospital, she earned a Master’s Degree in Education from Depaul University. She has worked as a clinical dietitian and a teacher.

Beth is passionate about helping people feel their best through optimal nutrition intervention. She believes every person is unique and should approach health individually through lifestyle changes that foster whole health through the use of conventional, functional and holistic practices. This includes exercising regularly, maintaining spiritual connectedness, eating real food and encouraging people that they can cook healthy meals that the entire family will eat despite time and budget constraints.

I have a history of multiple allergies, anorexia nervosa and depression. Using both behavioral and nutrition therapy techniques, I was able to overcome anorexia. However, the severe allergies and depression lingered. Although I received conventional allergy interventions and was medicated for depression, I still felt sick and depressed on top of the common side effects of medications. Using my knowledge of functional medicine to treat the root cause of my issues, I got off of medications. Today I feel better than ever and want to help you achieve that feeling of wellness.
